1997 New Moon Mobile Home

This move in ready home is a MUST SEE!!! This is a fully furnished (or not furnished) well maintained mobile. There are lots of updates and ?news?. Some include, a new Speed Queen washing machine, LG dishwasher, GE microwave, new sinks in the bathroom with new faucets, shower heads, ceiling fan vents, mirror and toilets. Also, new lighting in every room, new ceiling fans with remote controls (no more pulling a chain) in both the living room and master bedroom and there are new faux blinds in living room and dining area and new vinyl mini blinds. There is a 12 x 18 deck which I call my man cave. It has an entertainment center which includes a AM/FM stereo, cd player, a DVD player and a 45 inch flatscreen TV. It has patio furniture and a area I call the bar. It even has black out curtains that surround the interior of the deck for total privacy. This is where the second refrigerator is (This is my favorite space of the whole house). The 55+ community is wonderful. There is a swimming pool, a hot tub and a rec center. Also, there is a library and a work out center. There are plenty of events which includes dinners paid by the park, stage shows, and dancing. As for shopping, there are three different grocery stores within less than a 10 minute drive. There is a Walmart, a Kohls, a bed and bath and several other smaller shops. There are plenty of restaurants and even a movie theater. All in all, this home has everything you will ever want.
