LIVE IN A VALLEY BETWEEN MOUNTAIN RANGES Have a view of a lake and easy access to everything!!!! The reason I am selling this wonderful place to live is the area has grown to big for me, way too many people, I need a place with about 1/3 of the people. Which sucks for me because I used to love it here. This was previously sold 3 times since August of last year but for 3 different reasons unrelated to the home the purchasers did not complete the process. 14' wide x 60' long 2 Bedroom 1 ½ Bathroom 2 Car Driveway 10' X 10' Tuff Shed with locking doors on 2 sides. Plenty of room to PULL YOUR MOTORCYCLE IN with the shed size double doors on the east side of the shed and large shed door on the back side by the back yard for easy access to the shed without anyone knowing you are in there and the yard tools are right there as well. NEW WINDOWS, that have greatly decreased the winter utilities bill. Current Gas & Electric running $150 a month. Summer utilities $80 with big cooler running a lot. SUPER CHEAP UTILITIES. DRYWALL WALLS with blue grey tone paint through out the house. When the walls are in the sun they can look white. Easy care luxury vinyl plank floors thru most of the house in grey tones it makes these WONDERFUL WONDERFUL dirt hiders. Lots of kitchen storage. 14' wide kitchen with counter tops and cupboards and shelving all the way around. I never have a problem finding a place to store stuff out of the way. Also has a hanging pot rack by the stove. Updated large farm style sink with double handle faucet and pull down spray hose faucet has a garbage disposal. The dishwasher works great. The kitchen is so large that several people can be in the kitchen at the same time and not even be close if you don't want to be. There are lights in the kitchen that can be moved since they are on chains. Gas 4 burner stove and oven, updated vent hood Fruit and vegetable planters are on the front door side of the yard it comes with automatic drip irrigation with timer. Mature raspberry plants in the back area. I have already purchased the soils & seeds for the planter boxes so they will be ready to go and I will put plants in them while I am here Door handles on the heater vent closet, 2nd bedroom door and bathroom have been changed to a dark color to match things and 2 have keys for the locks. Washing machine is programmable and can be controlled by your phone it plays a song when it is done....Dryer has a high cycle that will run more then an hour for critter protection. 1st bedroom has been updated same vinyl plank flooring as the rest of the house, drywall walls and lighting. This room has a sliding door so it doesn't take up room when opening the door. At one point I used this room as a amazing walk in closet if you don't have kids. Bathroom has been updated cupboards, sink, counter top, white walls, same flooring, adjustable spray shower head with hose, new toilet and lighting. 2nd Bedroom is the entire back of the house.This room has been updated the flooring is grey tone carpet in the bedroom area and grey tones vinyl sheet flooring in the toilet room. This room is not drywalled but it has wood paneling that has been painted with a relaxing tan color. The closet is almost the same length as the bedroom and it is deep. The hanger poles are up high so you can hang clothes and still have plenty of room for shoe and purse racks or additional dresser storage. There is also additional drawer and cupboard storage under the sink and counter top area in the bedroom. I have put chocolate color sheers on the closet and chocolate brown curtains on the sliding window. If you prefer hard closet doors the top track for those is still there and can be put back on if needed. The room has several wall lights that can run together and separately. The bed that is in that room is queen size and there is still plenty of room to put chairs and side table for morning coffee watching the wildlife. At one point I had to move the furniture around and turned the bedroom into a studio apartment type of area so the separate small evaporative window cooler was put in in the toilet room of the bedroom. Since it has the sliding door you have a separate entrance for the person staying there if needed. Fairly private garden area in the back of the house it backs up to a fairly quiet storage facility so no actual neighbors are behind the house. The second picture on here is what it looks like from the bedroom window This lot is the only one that has a direct view of Pikeview Resevior lake across the Garden of the Gods Rd. from the sliding glass door in the bedroom. It also allows for GREAT wildlife viewing and several mountain top views. Easily & Cheaply Maintained THIS REALLY IS FUSS FREE LIVING The metal siding, skirting and roofing DO NOT get big expensive holes like other peoples during the baseball sized hail storms. I have lived here for about 18 years and have NEVER had holes from hail. Just repaint when needed. NO MORE DEALING WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES to repair or replace the EXPENSIVE shingle roof. The cost comes out of your pocket or you still have to pay a deductable and deal with insurance. NOT WITH THIS HOUSE! Just remove and replace the roofing material about $700 for the roof every few of years. I will leave the roof material I had purchased so you wont have that cost expense right away. All of the sinks have double handle faucets to ensure both are dripping in the winter to prevent frozen pipes it also has heat tape on the waterline Please make sure to keep faucets dripping in the winter plumbing can get very expensive this will help keep that from happening. Outdoor solar yard lighting. Comes with the house 1. Dishwasher 2. Garbage disposal 3. Refrigerator 4. Range 5. Small window cooling unit in the 2nd bedroom 6. Washer & Dryer 7. Rolling storage buffet that is in the kitchen area. 8. I have enough door handles to be put on every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen area. I don't like using handles so if i can open it without one I will but the cupboard on one side of the kitchen area needed handles to open some drawers. I wanted to make sure you will have the same handles so I purchased enough to be put on all of them if you want to 9. I will leave all of the curtains on all the windows in the entire house. These curtains are on spring rods so they can be adjusted easily for more or less sun on top of the windows so no one is able to see inside if you want to let in some sun. 10. Leaving the mirror in the bathroom and the back bedroom. 11. Leaving the fountain pot in the back yard. 12. I will leave a few of the extra parts and pieces from redoing the house and extra roofing material in the shed. Can leave the microwave if desired. Was planning on taking the large window cooler that is in the living room area but can discuss leaving it. I will be taking the 2 large whetstone boulders in the back yard area The back door in the hall way works fine, has handles and locks but the outside vinyl skin of the door is in bad shape. You cant' just buy a replacement skin so it will need a new door it shouldn't be more then $800 to purchase and have put in. I thought I was going sell the house and be moved last year or I would have done that. House sold as is. I can answer any questions about living here and why I have done things, like I don't have screen doors on the doors.... I don't put them on anything that has a porch or steps to it because the squirrels tear it up using it as a runway to the top of the house. Screen doors was very expensive when I first got here but I have learned. All ages community. The lot rent for the new owner is $901 per month.
