The home is 70 feet HUGE and mostly original -excluding the newer dishwasher,fridge, water heater and stove overhead fan -sealed the roof last year. You are probably going to want to renovate or just live in it with everything working fine like I have. Everybody changes things so feel free to rehab whatever you like. The whole house and carport has fresh paint and a few lantanas flowering outside. The place stays cool I don't have to turn the air conditioning or HEAT on till early afternoon-the place is "TIGHT!" Its a gated community with food/banking/liquor/grocery and fuel right across the street along with the "LIGHT RAIL" that will take you right to SKY HARBOR or anywhere in the Phoenix area. There is a fishing park down the street-bicycle path canals behind the community and the north mountain preserve that you can hike over to Cave creek by the horse stable in an afternoon. This is an up and coming park that is getting a total rehab with a new clubhouse- game and laundry room pickleball courts and Electric charging stations. Why would I leave this paradise ? To move further west into an "actual house" in sun city that is a lil bit closer to Lake Pleasant. Was good for the time being now I let the next snow bird fly with it, Needs a little work or just deal with it for the price , , , Don't call unless you actually have the money ! ! ! and want a nice place to live near the lite rail to Phoenix.
