1968 Park Avenue Mobile Home

The driveway is big enough to hold 2 cars where 1 would be under the carport in front of your shed. Your water heater is on the back which was purchased 6/8/23 from Teco Gas. There is a Florida room that runs the length of the mobile home that has your laundry room in the back end of the room. It has screens that have the sliding windows so can get a nice breeze. The washer/dryer hook ups are there along with some space for a little storage. As you walk in to the open living room and kitchen there is a tall cabinet for pantry etc along with plenty of cabinets for pans and dishes. Down the hall is your bathroom which was remodeled about 3 years ago with a corner walk in shower and a tall 2 door cabinet for linens etc. The bedroom is painted a tropical blue that fits a full size bed with 2 nightstands on each side comfortably and there is a stand up dresser that matches the walls which is negotiable. Have never had any problems with hurricanes other than rain blowing on the Florida room. There is a billard room, library and shuffle board, some activities at the clubhouse too. lt is close to Bonnett Park, grocery stores and restaurants, near I4 and about an hour or so to Disney.
