Read carefully please, my tenants are moving out of the state, the bathrooms have been updated and there is new vinyl plank flooring in the master bedroom, master bath, and closet. Rest of the home has laminate flooring. The air conditioner needs to be replaced. My AC guy said it is just a bit too small for this home and recommended replacing instead of repairing.
