2006 Palm Harbor Manufactured Home

I love this home but I moved to Colorado to be with my grandson. Here are the highlights: Completely remodeled; new roof in 2023 with vaper barrier; front porch and private back porches. quartz countertop in kitchen and bath; soaking tub; new vinyl floors throughout living and bedrooms; 4 ceiling fans; new kitchen cabinets; tile in kitchen and bath (tile not replaced. i liked it). skylight in each bath; double pane windows; sprinkler system and large storage. no damage during 2024 hurricanes. i only lived her a little over a year; drywall walls so feels more like a home; very well built. priced to sell sell sell! (i left pics up showing furniture but house is empty)
