Glenwood Village is a mobile home community conveniently located within walking distance of Lake Erie and Ashtabula's historic Harbor District. We are a short drive to shopping, dining and the highway. Our community features on-site management and maintenance, as well as a community playground. 3 year lease required on new home move ins. Two pets permitted (weight and breed restrictions on dogs.) $250 non-refundable security deposit required for each pet, and $25 additional per month, per pet. $100 application fee per adult. Office hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
