Welcome to this waterfront retirement community. Close to Saint Pete Beach and Treasure Island beaches. This community is pet friendly and has a nice dog park area. This home did sustain a little damage from the hurricanes but all in all did very well. Doesn't appear to have any water damage in the house except in the hallway. Very nice home and great condition. The air conditioning unit did get some water damage so that has to be replaced. A little bit of damage in the floor in the hallway and the ceiling in the hallway. The appliances in the kitchen are all working. This home is sold furnished. This would make a nice home to live in or to remodel and Resale. You must be qualified 55+ for the first person and 45+ for the second person. Must pass background and credit checks. The pool and the Clubhouse all sit on the waters edge.
