1973 Pres HS Mobile Home

Double Wide Mobile Home, in 55 and over resort, 10 minutes from Venice Beach, Sturdy structure with no Hurricane damage, but needs some DIY care in the interior. It is mostly in the original condition. The Central air was put in May 2023, the roof was coated in the spring of 2024, the Home was tented for termites July 2024,Warrenty is Transferable. I put in 7 new windows in May 2023. Put new toilets and drain pipes in Oct. 2022, most appliances are less than 3 years old, I include all appliances and the 4 flat screen TVs with the sale of the home. My living room is big enough to include a couch that turns into a King size bed for extra guest as shown in the pics. All furniture is included, with few exceptions such as the Chest of Drawers & Bar in the living room. Most kitchen wares including the air fryer are included. I consider this a DIY home that can be lived in without any current major damage. Just reduced price to sell, the book value is 11800, I am asking about 1/2 that, this is a good investment, or a home to fix up fpr your parents in their golden age!
