We offer RV and mobile home LOTS with affordable rates ranging from $250-325/month, depending on location and size with full hookups. This is for THE LOTS ONLY. A friendly and safe community, with a beautiful clubhouse for our tenants to enjoy. We're just a mile from the state park where you can enjoy recreational trails, floating and rafting, a playground for the kids and of course, fantastic fishing. We want to make it easy for you to enjoy the beautiful Bennett Spring area. This is not for full time housing. You must provide proof of current residence elsewhere.
